EMERGENCY SERVICES SUPPLY
ANNOUNCES RECORD BREAKING YEAR FOR 2012
Our thanks to all of our loyal customers for making 2012 a record breaking year
Emergency Services Supply and Osage Ambulances.
After a lack luster sales year in 2011,
E.S.S. bounced back in 2012 by shattering our previous high sales numbers.
In 2012 we are proud to say that we sold a record high 94 new ambulances in our territory and also set a new record for remount sales by doing 27 remounts with customers across our sales region.
Osage Ambulance also had a banner year in both new sales and remounts. We attribute our combined success to a combination of things, which include first and foremost, Osages great reputation as one of the highest quality vehicles on the market. That combined with the way we treat our customers and follow up service has put both E.S.S. and Osage in the lead in customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Osage has for the last few years been in an expansion and remodeling mode that has put us in a great position to move forward in this industry as leaders.
In 2010 even with the economy turn down, Osage put up a new 16,000 square foot body prep and paint facility with all new state of the art EPA approved paint booths. In 2011 and 2012 they built a new matching 16,000 square foot body fabrication building with new tooling equipment which makes us now one of the most modern body fabrication facilities in the industry and a 7,500 square foot parts house and all new offices for our staff.
For 2013 construction has just started on new delivery bays which will house several large bays just for delivery and will include offices for the dealers and a customer lounge and facilities to allow customers access to their vehicles as well as phones, computers etc during checkout. The bays will be adjacent to the production floor for smooth transition and proximity to personnel for minor alterations. Completion is expected late spring or early summer of 2013.
Our thanks again to all of our customers. We appreciate your business and be assured that we will continue to supply you with quality vehicles, service you after the sale and treat you with dignity and respect. This has been our business goal and has brought us great success.
